Our client, an internationally operating company of the Financial Services-sector with headquarter in Vienna, is about to strengthen its Human Resources team.Senior Personnel Development &
Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)In this role, you will act as a key sparring partner for managers, combining hands-on recruitment expertise with a strong passion for learning, development and cultural impact.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• End-to-end responsibility for the full recruiting lifecycle, from role scoping and job advertising to selection, interviewing and contract negotiation
• Lead interviews and selection processes and provide professional guidance to hiring managers
• Design and further develop learning, development and retention initiatives aligned with business needs
• Contribute to strategic workforce and talent planning in close collaboration with leadership
• Coordinate and support training measures, internal development formats and external learning partners
• Continuously improve recruiting, talent management and development processes, tools and standards
• Actively contribute to a strong company culture, employee engagement and employer attractiveness

Your background:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Solid professional experience in recruiting and people development, ideally in a senior or advisory role
• Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, high level of empathy and confidence in stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently while thinking strategically and acting pragmatically
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
• Team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP SF
• Fluent in English and German
